A house built with rot falls

A house built with rotting materials cannot stand.

Even if the facade looks wonderful and the yard seems cared for, the smell of the rot will betray what is seen.

Cruelty is the rot of those who project their own insecurities onto others, who can’t deal with their own chaos.

Cruelty is a demanding task master.

It is an unwielding burden that never lightens its load.

Like chains around the neck, wrists, and ankles — tightening its grip with every move.

It always demands more, more, more.

There is no rest, no time to lay it aside.

When cruelty is the building material of your home, it requires constant attention and repair.

But no matter what repair is done, you can’t ever fix rot. You can only attempt to cover it up. Or just tear it down and replace it.

While the ediface apprears glorious, the inside rots and carries a stench that permeates everything. It is a gilded appearance.

How long until the neighborhood can smell it?

How will you cover the smell?

How will distract so many from the stench?

How will you pit neighbor against neighbor?

What lies will you tell in its defense, rather than dispose of the rot?
