I would add "Abusive Allen" to your list. He's the person who everyone knows is a bully because he uses fear to get his way in a congregation. He's the type of person who the leadership has meetings about before the meeting in order to figure out how to handle Abusive Allen when he gives an outburst because a decision doesn't match up with what he wants. He's the one who has a stature of intimidation around other people. He's the one with the real power in the congregation because no one is willing to confront Abusive Allen and tell him No, because they don't want to be publicly or privately berated for going against him. But everyone sure is glad when someone else falls on the sword to deal with Abusive Allen and finally has him removed.
