In this day and age no one is convinced by words - or I should say rarely (Which makes me look in the mirror and reminds me that why I write/blog is not really about convincing anyone of anything). I have been saying listen to what people say they believe to find out what their aspirational beliefs are. Watch what they do to find out what they really believe and are willing to act on.
