My family and I lived in Finland for a year during seminary (2014-2015). It was one of the best years of our lives. All the reasons you name are right no target and there is more. The education system is far superior. There is just an overall healthier attitude in the society. There is trust among people. Public figures aren't superstars - they are just people and the public lets them alone when they see them in public. Taxes are high, but the stuff that the taxes go for actually work. Still my favorite place in the world.
