My own Project 2025
Project 2025 has gotten a whole lot of attention. It could be described as a jump start to a presidential administration that leans more “conservative.” It’s debatable that what is proposed is conservative, as far as I’m concerned. It’s kind of hard to argue that a proposal is conservative when the website promoting the project has this to say — “to go to work on Day One to deconstruct the Administrative State.” That kind of goes against the very definition of conservative, which is often defined as attempting to preserve norms and institutions of a society.
At any rate, the point of my post is not to debate Project 2025, but rather to offer my own Project 2025. have no fear — I’m not writing over 900 pages. And I don’t have a fancy website to promote my Project 2025. Likewise, I don’t have over 100 organizations that are supporting me either. There’s no database of people to help carry it out, and no publisher to print and promote a book with the ideas. Nope, none of that. Instead, you get a blog post.
So what is my Project 2025? It’s what I plan on doing after Inauguration Day 2025, regardless of who is taking the oath of office in DC.
So without further ado, here’s the point by point version of my Project 2025:
- January 20, 2025 — start the day off with prayer. We’re all going to need it. I’ll be praying for wisdom and compassion for the person taking the oath of office. I’ll be praying that people can see and are willing to see the humanity of their neighbors. I’ll be praying for soft hearts…
