Which is why the idea of consensus is BS. You just go forward and make the changes necessary. It's not about using force. Force and control don't work. You change what you can and you bring along other who will change with you. And you expect that there will be pushback against you - sometimes severe. Yet, you have to keep going forward anyway, tell the naysay "no" and go forward regardless. It's not about fighting. It's about survival.
